For volunteer-run snack stands
Run the stand by the numbers.
Price the menu from what a case really costs. Buy for the crowd you expect. Count the cash box and know if you are over or short before you lock up. Standwise does the arithmetic so the volunteers can do the selling.

Case price and count in, cost each out. Profit, margin and the price that keeps the margin you want, rounded to quarters or dollars.
Case $18.99 / 48 = $0.40 each 02Buy List
Expected crowd and the share you think will buy each item become units, whole cases, spend, and how many you must sell to break even.
400 fans x 12.5% = 50, case of 48 = 2 cases 03Cash Box
Count the float in, count the drawer out, add card sales, and compare with what the tally says you sold. Over, short or balanced.

Before you hand it to the volunteers.
Does Standwise take payments for my stand?
No. It is a calculator and a notebook. It never touches your stand's money, card reader or bank, and it sends nothing anywhere unless you save to a Stand Book.
Is this the Bulldogs' or the school's official stand?
No. Standwise is independent and unofficial. It is not run by, affiliated with or raising money for Garfield Heights City Schools, its teams or its boosters. It works for any volunteer stand: rec leagues, school games, church fish fries, community events.
Where does the "share who buy" number come from?
From you. The Buy List starts every item at 10% as a placeholder, labelled as a guess. Replace it with your own tally from a past night; the Stand Book works out your real share for you.
Do I need an account?
No. The tools keep your menu in this browser. The Stand Book lives behind a private link you can open on a second phone. No name, no email, no password.
What do you store?
For a Stand Book only: the items you picked from our list, your prices and case costs, and each night's date, counts and money totals. No names, no notes, no photos. Read the privacy page.
